TRAVEL
There are direct flight connections daily to
Helsinki from all major European cities and
numerous direct intercontinental flights (e.g.
from New York, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and
Osaka). Helsinki can also be reached by ferries
from Sweden, Estonia and Germany.
Travelling to
Finland a valid passport (for the citizens of
the Nordic and EU countries an official
identification card with photo is sufficient) is
needed.
A visa is
required from the citizens of some countries.
